Returns & Missing Parts
1. Return
Should you no longer be interested in the set or accidentally receive the wrong set, we offer you the option of easily returning it within 4 weeks.
Important requirement: Returns may only be made if all seals on the bags are still intact.
Step-by-step instructions
- Please notify us of your return via email to: info@rebuildbrick.de
- Receive confirmation of return
- Please send the goods to the following address:

4. After receipt and verification, the amount will be refunded.
2. Missing parts
Our sets are carefully checked and counted by hand. Should a part nevertheless be missing, we apologize – handcrafted items are not always perfect. We will, of course, provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
Please send us a short message by email:
- Subject: Missing parts in a set
- Set number
- Order ID (for assignment)
- Missing parts: Description or selection of the part number (find on BrickLink or on the last page of the building instructions)
After inspection, the missing part will be sent directly to your home.
